I installed the motor and it fits my old TREX 500 very well although it is necessary to remove the fuselage floor because the motor is thicker than the others and cannot be inserted without partial disassembly. The drawback of the motor is all the mounting holes on the same diameter - limits the available mounting positions. Cables a bit stiff but acceptable. The motor has a lot of power (well - twice as powerful as the originals) but it doesn't drain the battery too much - old FlightMax 6s 2450 and 2650 give 5-6 minutes of flight (not very hard 3D). So far I am very satisfied.
